Certain Miradore features are only available in the paid subscription of Miradore; however, you can have a 14-day free trial for the full feature set of the Premium plan, without any commitments.
In addition to the Premium plan trial, you can have a free trial period for specific features, such as the Remote support feature of the Premium+ plan.
How to start the free trial?
After you have registered to Miradore, or when your Miradore site is created, the 14-day free trial for the Premium plan will start automatically. If for some reason the trial isn't applied to your site, you can start the trial from the button located at the top of the screen.
During the trial period, you get emails with valuable information and beneficial tips on using Miradore.
While you are on your 14-day free trial period, you can also apply for a free feature trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you feel that during the 14-day trial period you haven't had enough time to test the features of the Premium plan, you can extend the trial by 7 days on one occasion. After the trial period ends, if you don't upgrade, your site is automatically changed to the Free plan.
You can either upgrade your site to one of the paid plans on System > Subscription, or you can continue with using the Free plan. For more information, see Benefits of the Premium plan, Benefits of the Premium+ plan, and Miradore Plans & Features.
Free feature trial
You can also have a free feature trial, for example for the Remote support feature of the Premium+ plan. This option is available both to Free and Premium plan customers. You can request the free feature trial through Miradore by navigating to the Remote support page.
After you've submitted the request, you will receive a confirmation email. The remote support trial will be activated within a few hours and you will be notified about the start of the feature trial in a separate email.
